You will mentor junior managers, leverage data-driven insights, and apply emerging technologies to improve product value and outcomes. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong GTM execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ product management experience (or 5 years).
• Experience in customer discovery, roadmapping, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate KPIs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product strategy for moderately complex products.
• Conduct customer discovery and journey mapping to inform decisions.
• Define measurable success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business partners.
• Utilize data analytics and experimentation to prioritize features and validate assumptions.
• Mentor junior product managers and support their development.
• Manage go-to-market readiness, training, telemetry, and post-launch success.
