Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser for the HBCO e Commerce program based in Plano, TX.

This hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams to shape assortment, optimize conversion, and drive profitability analytics for the upcoming Fall 2026 launch across desktop, mobile, and app. You will own merchandising strategy, ensure accurate product data, and lead initiatives to improve the customer journey, site performance, and online KPIs while reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of ecommerce experience with a multi-channel retailer.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate in-store merchandising to the online experience across home page, category, brand, and navigation.
• Ensure all SKUs are set up accurately with complete attributes and SEO keywords.
• Recap performance and present changes to leadership on various cadences.
• Future leadership: mentor a Site Merchandiser on category strategy and pages.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions to boost online visibility.
