Role Description

The Senior Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and performance at a designated facility or portfolio of sites. This role leads site planning and execution for sustainability, energy, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. The Senior Site Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages vendors and contractors, and monitors project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Key tasks include developing implementation plans, tracking operational KPIs, preparing status reports, and communicating progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders. The role also drives continuous improvement, identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact, and supports the adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision making at the site level.
