Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in site or facility management, operations leadership, or project management in energy, sustainability, or industrial environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects, including planning, scheduling, budget oversight, and risk mitigation.
• Strong stakeholder communication, team coordination, and vendor/contractor management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices for on-site operations.
• Familiarity with data analysis, performance metrics, and digital tools or platforms used in operational and energy management.
• Proven capability to drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements at the site level.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, environmental science, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, or decarbonization initiatives is strongly beneficial.
