Capacity LLC in the United States is seeking a Site Leader to oversee 3PL warehouse and distribution operations for multi-client accounts. You will drive daily performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while leading a team of supervisors and staff.

This role demands strong P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement, with a focus on lean processes, inventory accuracy, and achieving on-time shipping targets.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
• 2-3+ years in a senior operations management or GM role preferred.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume warehouse or multi-client 3PL operation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, fulfillment, transportation, and supply-chain processes.
• Demonstrated P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP/TMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Establish and maintain operational KPIs, productivity standards, and service-level objectives.
• Optimize warehouse layout, labor utilization, workflows, equipment, and processes.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage relationships with internal departments.
• Have overall P&L responsibility for the 3PL operation.
• Develop labor forecasts, labor plans, and operating targets.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, operating expenses, productivity, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce operating costs.
• Develop operational strategies for new and existing customers in partnership with senior management.
• Support business development and customer retention initiatives.
• Customer management and onboarding of new customers with sales and implementation teams.
