Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 10+ years in industry operations.
• Experience with state/federal regs (DEQ, EPA, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of site infrastructure.
• Lead with VP Operations and HR for Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Manage stakeholder relations and future readiness.
• Support growth and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Strategic long-range facility planning.
