Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a strong site leader to take end-to-end responsibility for a chemical distribution facility. You will lead on the floor, working closely with operations and hourly personnel to maintain high safety standards and peak performance.

The role reports to a regional manager and involves minimal travel. A background in chemicals, PSM, and regulatory knowledge (DOT/TCEQ) is highly valued for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Leadership background and prior management experience required.
• Experience in chemicals, preferably chemical distribution or related field.
• Prior PSM experience is a strong plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the site and leadership of operations.
• Lead on the floor, working with operations and hourly personnel to push safety and performance.
