Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years of Continuous Improvement work or 6 years in a related area.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams.
• Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPIs).
• Experience delivering sustainable, long-term savings through projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of operational work processes within the Distribution Center.
• Drives end-to-end improvements with leadership to improve performance and adapt to changing needs.
• Applies continuous improvement tools to eliminate losses and create standardized processes.
• Supports Walmart Performance System and Daily Management System reviews through problem solving.
• Leads and develops associates, builds a team-based environment and conducts performance evaluations.
• Promotes ethics, integrity, and a culture of belonging in the workplace.
