Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager II, Site Engineer - Supply Chain in Hermiston, Oregon to lead site-level operational excellence with DC leadership. You will guide Process Quality Engineers, apply CI tools, and strengthen WPS and DMS adoption to deliver sustained gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement or 6 years in related area.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams.
• Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPIs).
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end site improvements.
• Manage workloads to balance network initiatives with site needs.
• Apply continuous improvement tools to eliminate losses and standardize gains.
• Support program effectiveness by engaging leaders and demonstrating results.
• Lead root-cause analysis and countermeasure implementation.
• Drive execution of multiple projects with priorities and barriers removal.
• Coach and develop associates, reinforcing a culture of belonging.
• Evaluate plan effectiveness and improve efficiency via data.
