Job summary

Walmart in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Process Quality leader to drive continuous improvement in the Distribution Center. You will apply Six Sigma, root cause analysis, 5S and SPC to remove losses while building lasting standards. Lead a team of Process Quality Engineers and partner with DC leaders to execute multiple business plans.

You will develop contingency plans, promote a learning environment, and coach associates toward performance excellence, with a focus on teamwork and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years’ CI experience OR 6 years’ experience.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams.
• Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPIs).
• Demonstrated project ownership delivering sustainable long-term savings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DC leadership to drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Manage workloads of Process Quality Engineers to balance network projects and site improvements.
• Apply tools like Root Cause Analysis, Time and Motion Studies, SPC, and 5S to eliminate losses.
• Support Walmart Performance System and drive problem-solving across levels.
• Develop contingency plans and promote a learning culture; mentor associates.
