Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics tools.
• Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact.
• Project management strength (PMP/CAPM preferred) and experience supporting automation or network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process improvement projects delivering measurable operational and financial impact.
• Identify cost reduction, waste elimination, capacity, and labor optimization opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and sustainment across the network.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for automation and capital investments.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication; present to senior leaders.
