Job summary

Leoforce in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a dynamic Permanent Site Resident Engineer to oversee all technical aspects of construction projects. The role requires strong civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decision experience, BIM reviews, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience expediting design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP.
• Proficiency in BIM reviews, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with construction professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to prepare and present technical reports on progress and issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all technical aspects of construction projects including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions.
• Conducting regular BIM reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of plans.
• Utilizing Procore and Bluebeam to streamline project management and document control.
• Ensuring OSHA 10/30 safety regulations are followed on all sites.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other professionals to expedite design decisions.
• Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure alignment with specifications and quality.
• Preparing and presenting technical reports on progress and issues.
