Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Proficient in drawing reviews and field applications.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate mechanical building system startups & commissioning activities.
• Review product and equipment submittals, shop drawings and RFIs.
• Apply knowledge of OSHA procedures and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and facilities teams to align schedules.
• Oversee field inspections and ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Support construction administration: scheduling, quality checks, and meetings.
• Communicate technical matters clearly in writing and verbally.
