Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Site Design Engineer in Westerville, Ohio to join a multidisciplinary firm delivering land development and civil engineering solutions. The role focuses on planning, design, and execution of site development projects for public and private sector clients.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. EIT is required; PE is preferred. Relocation and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of civil engineering and site development design experience.
• EIT required; PE license preferred.
• Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Background in project coordination and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater management responsibilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project backlog.
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Understand permitting and entitlement processes for site development projects.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational skills.
