Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior-level Project Architect to join our dynamic engineering team in Richmond, VA. You will lead architectural design projects from concept through construction, leveraging AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling to craft sustainable, high-quality designs.

You will coordinate with project managers and stakeholders, develop construction drawings, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling.
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices.
• LEED AP certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent project management skills from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and architectural plans.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to design innovative solutions.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
