Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Oklahoma City team. The role focuses on leading structural analyses and designs for building projects with direct involvement from design through construction.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines, and ensure construction documents and Revit models meet project requirements. PE licensure and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with a structural focus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant structural engineering experience.
• Strong building structural design experience.
• Ability to independently perform structural analysis and calculations.
• Experience developing and reviewing structural construction documents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building projects.
• Develop structural plans, details, calculations, and construction documents.
• Apply engineering judgment to structural systems and design challenges.
• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering deliverables for accuracy.
• Coordinate structural design with architectural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
• Work directly with project teams and clients to resolve design issues.
• Review and respond to contractor and field questions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters.
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Review and provide direction on structural Revit models and construction documents.
