Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Director, Site Engagement to lead and optimize site-and-study-operations across our network. You’ll manage the Site Network Manager team, build scalable support models, and partner with site leadership to drive enrollment, readiness, and study delivery.

You will shape training, governance, and performance reporting while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards across community oncology sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of clinical research experience with site-level leadership.
• Experience with patient enrollment strategy and recruitment in community settings.
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for site-and-study-operations functions across the network.
• Lead and develop the Site Network Manager team and other operational staff.
• Design scalable site-support models based on practice maturity and growth objectives.
• Ensure site readiness, performance, enrollment, and study delivery meet goals.
• Develop training programs and measures to improve program effectiveness.
• Partner with program management and site leadership to align trial menus with capabilities.
