Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Site Development Estimator in Philadelphia, PA to support bidding and preconstruction for full site packages. You will prepare earthwork, utilities, and paving estimates and review plans to ensure accurate quantities.

Ideal candidates have 3-7+ years in site development or heavy civil, with proficiency in takeoff software. This role offers competitive pay and benefits in a growing civil contracting team.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of estimating experience in site development or heavy civil.
• Strong understanding of civil plans and production rates.
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving, and complete site packages.
• Review drawings, specs, and reports to determine accurate quantities and scope.
• Perform digital takeoffs and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing.
• Maintain cost data and participate in bid reviews and handoffs.
• Collaborate with project teams and develop strong industry relationships.
