Job summary

LVI Associates in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Site Development Estimator to support bidding and preconstruction for full site development packages. You will prepare estimates for earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving, and related scopes, reviewing drawings, specs, and reports to determine accurate quantities and pricing.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years of estimating experience in site development or heavy civil, with proficiency in takeoff software (Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam) and strong

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of estimating experience in site development or heavy civil.
• Strong understanding of civil plans and production rates.
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but optional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving, and complete site packages.
• Review drawings, specs, and reports to determine accurate quantities and scope.
• Perform digital takeoffs and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing.
• Maintain cost data and participate in bid reviews and handoffs.
• Collaborate with project teams and develop strong industry relationships.
