Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Registered professional engineer with at least four years supervising technical personnel.
• 8+ years of related civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale project design as technical lead from design to completion.
• Analyze project documents for compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
• Monitor engineering processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities.
• Mentor and elevate technical expertise within the team.
• Support project management by organizing technical resources for key projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery meeting objectives.
• Demonstrate creativity, decision-making and responsibility for design tasks within the discipline.
