Olsson, a multidisciplinary engineering firm, is seeking a senior Project Manager for site design and development in Arkansas. You will lead complex projects from scope to finish, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a PE, 8+ years’ experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Civil 3D. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to high-impact projects that shape communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of site design and development experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Experience leading project teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage financial success.
• Manages complex contract negotiations.
• Leads the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams.
• Monitors progress and ensures deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages change requests and risk to minimize financial impact.
• Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work to ensure quality.
• Maintains relationships with clients to secure future work.
• Mentors staff on project management best practices.
