Olsson in Omaha seeks a lead Project Manager to guide multidisciplinary teams on complex land development projects. You will develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinate internal resources, and ensure high-quality delivery across design and construction phases.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of site design experience, PE licensure, and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency; strong client relationships and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
• 8+ years of site design and development experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manages complex contract negotiations and client expectations.
• Leads execution of project plans by coordinating internal resources and assigning responsibilities.
• Monitors progress and ensures deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages change requests and risk to minimize negative financial impact.
• Coordinates reviews of technical work to ensure contract terms are fulfilled.
• Maintains positive client relationships to secure future work.
• Documents deliverables and maintains comprehensive project records.
• Mentors staff on project management best practices.
