Required a PE or Landscape Architect license, 8+ years of site design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role offers remote/hybrid options and Nebraska office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture required.
• 8+ years of site design and development experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress.
• Manages complex contract negotiations and project teams.
• Coordinates resources and assigns responsibilities to ensure objectives.
• Monitors progress and ensures deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Documents deliverables and maintains project records.
• Mentors staff on project management best practices.
