Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II or Sr. Site Contracts Specialist in Morrisville, NC.

You will negotiate and finalize CTAs and related site agreements, lead negotiations with investigative sites, and review terms to ensure regulatory and sponsor alignment. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, risk assessment, and timely contract execution within a dynamic clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Clinical Research, Medicine, Biology or equivalent.
• 2+ years negotiating, reviewing, and executing CTAs and site contracts.
• Experience with CROs, sponsors, academic centers, hospitals, or research sites.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development and contracting parameters.
• Excellent written and oral communication, teamwork.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review, and finalize CTAs and site contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with sites, hospitals, and networks.
• Review terms including confidentiality, IP, publication rights, and payments.
• Negotiate site budgets and payment schedules with study teams.
• Identify risks and propose solutions aligned with sponsor requirements.
• Manage contract amendments due to protocol changes or budget updates.
• Serve as primary contact for site contract communications.
