You'll mentor junior team members, develop training materials, and provide expert guidance on contract terms, budgets, and risk mitigation within a fast-paced, client-dedicated remote environment in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site contract negotiations and CTA management.
• Ability to communicate complex contractual terms clearly.
• Strong collaboration with sponsors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators.
• Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA) and drives finalization and execution with global teams.
• Provides oversight of contract and budget negotiations and escalations to sponsor decision-makers across regions.
