Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist II or Sr. Site Contracts Specialist to negotiate and finalize CTAs and related site contracts for clinical studies.

You will lead negotiations with investigators, hospitals, and networks, while reviewing terms like confidentiality, indemnification, IP, and payment provisions. Applicants should have 2+ years of CTA negotiation experience, strong knowledge of clinical development, and proven project management and vendor skills to manage complex

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Clinical Research, Medicine, Biology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience negotiating, reviewing, and executing CTAs and site-related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review, and finalize CTAs and site-related contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with sites, hospitals, and networks.
• Review terms including confidentiality, indemnification, IP, publication rights, and payments.
