Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, contract templates, budgets, and start-up processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters and leverage sponsor language.
• Maintain internal trackers and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate contract and budget preparations.
