The role emphasizes site contract expertise, best-practice training, and strategic guidance to sponsors and stakeholders, with up to 25% travel and a focus on global study start-up

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences, a health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive CRO/pharmaceutical industry and related clinical trial expertise.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, drug development and clinical project management procedures.
• Excellent presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages negotiation of clinical study agreements (CTA) on a study level.
• Drives CTA document finalization and execution, including contractual language and terms.
• Collaborates with a global team of site contract negotiators for awarded projects.
• Oversees negotiations of CTAs and budgets, including investigator budgets.
• Advises sponsors and internal teams on risks and mitigation strategies.
