Precision Medicine Group in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to review, draft, negotiate and track a wide range of clinical trial-related agreements, including confidentiality, master services, site contracts and amendments. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations teams to ensure timely deliverables and contract execution.

You will establish processes, manage contract metrics, mentor junior staff, and guide business teams on operational implications of contract terms, while

Formación

• 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC or other regional institutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Establish process and procedures for overall site contract management within the organization.
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate site budgets and provide guidance on operational implications of contract terms.
• Maintain contract files and databases and track expirations and obligations.
• Mentor and/or Ambassador for new SCMs and Precision for Medicine staff.
