Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts Specialist to review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality disclosures, clinical trial agreements, amendments, site budgets and related documents. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with project timelines.

You will lead interactions with North American and European study teams, sites and sponsors, manage contract execution, and maintain contract

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research setting.
• 3 years of drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements and managing the contract process.
• Experience with contract research, life sciences, biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience interacting with European institutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and negotiate CDA, CTA, CTA-A, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams and sites.
• Coordinate execution and track status of contract negotiations.
• Maintain contract files and databases and archive documents.
• Resolve contract-related issues with stakeholders and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide updates to study teams and sponsors on negotiation progress.
