Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in the United States seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of clinical trial agreements, master confidentiality agreements and amendments. You will partner with Clinical Operations study teams to align deliverables with study timelines and maintain contract files and databases.

You will establish contracting plans, provide guidance to business teams on term implications, mentor junior SCMs, and drive processes to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate; 4-year degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in drafting, reviewing, negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience coordinating with US/European/APAC regions and study teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred: law, science, business degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes for overall site contract management.
• Review, draft and negotiate site agreements and master services agreements.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate site budgets and terms; guide business teams on implications.
• Maintain contract files, databases, and tracking metrics.
• Mentor/ambassador for new SCMs and Precision staff.
