Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts Associate to review, draft, negotiate and track clinical study agreements and related documents. You will work with cross-functional teams to align contract deliverables with project timelines and expectations.

You will lead negotiations with sites and sponsors, maintain contract files, and ensure adherence to contracting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research or similar industry.
• 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements.
• Experience interacting with European institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate CDA, CTA and amendments, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Lead interactions with North American and European study teams.
• Lead interactions with Site(s) and Sponsors regarding agreements.
• Resolve contractual issues with supervisor and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Update study team members and sponsors on contract status.
• Coordinate execution of the agreements.
• Maintain contract files and databases.
