Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, site contracts, master services agreements and amendments. The role works closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on site contract management, establish processes, mentor new SCMs and coordinate execution, expirations

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 7+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site Budget negotiations.
• Experience coordinating with US/European/APAC institutions and study teams.
• Experience negotiating with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Establish process and procedures for site contract management.
• Review, draft and negotiate master services, site, consulting and vendor agreements.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Advise business teams on operational implications of contract terms.
• Maintain contract files and databases and track expirations.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and monitor obligations.
• Mentor and/or Ambassador for new SCMs and staff.
