Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management or Digital Transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in aerospace or regulated environments.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital transformation initiatives for aerospace clients.
• Define transformation roadmaps and ensure solution adoption.
• Lead governance, steering committees and project reviews to align priorities, scope, risks and delivery objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor project teams and promote continuous improvement.
