Job summary

GRW is seeking a Lead Site/Civil Manager in the Louisville or Lexington area. The role requires PE licensure, 10+ years of site development design, and strong leadership to guide complex projects from concept through construction.

You will coordinate with stormwater and utility designers, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact for multiple projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. Kentucky preferred or ability to obtain.
• Project management experience leading engineers and designers to meet schedule and budget.
• 10+ years of site development design experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of land development, site grading, utilities, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Site Development Engineering drawings and reports.
• Coordinate designs with stormwater engineers and land development teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Review deliverables and provide direction to junior staff.
• Liaise with clients and authorities to secure permits and approvals.
