Job summary

GRW is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Louisville or Lexington offices. You will lead site development projects, coordinate with engineers, designers, and clients, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while upholding GRW’s standards.

The role requires a PE license, a strong background in land development, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a Civil Engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.).
• PE certification required; Kentucky preferred or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of site development design experience in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for the preparation of Site Development Engineering drawings, including technical review and stamping where needed.
• Coordinate designs with stormwater management engineers and incorporate stormwater into land development drawings.
• Liaise with clients, agencies and others to obtain project requirements, permits and approvals.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Guide projects from preliminary design through detailed design, scheduling, tendering and construction.
• Coordinate work of junior land development staff and review their deliverables.
• Be the main client contact on the project and manage schedule and budget.
