Job summary

GRW, a leading design firm, seeks a Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Louisville or Lexington office. You will lead site development projects, coordinate with engineers and designers, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and provide technical stamping where appropriate.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain), a Civil Engineering degree, and 10+ years of site development experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering required.
PE certification (Kentucky license or ability to obtain).
10+ years of site development design experience in a consulting environment.
Experience leading engineers and designers to deliver on time and within budget.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.
Ability to coordinate engineering with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of Site Development Engineering drawings and construction documents.
Guide projects through conceptual and detailed design, scheduling, tendering and construction.
Coordinate designs with stormwater engineers and land development drawings.
Liaise with clients, agencies, and others to determine project requirements and approvals.
Ensure client needs are met cost-effectively and within specifications.
Coordinate work of junior land development staff and review their deliverables.
Serve as main client contact on the project(s).
