Qualifications

• Strong technical background in water resource engineering; proficient in planning, design, bidding, and construction administration.
• Proficient in project management: leading teams, estimating scope, budget, and schedule.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and ability to present to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; dedication to professional growth.
