Job summary

Stantec is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager Site / Civil Engineering to join our team in Naples or Fort Myers, Florida. You will manage design and delivery of large scale land development projects and maintain client relations within our community development line.

You will lead a team, drive business development, and oversee civil design including stormwater, utilities, paving, and hydrology. This role offers growth, leadership recognition, and engagement with public sector facilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil/site or land development engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of professional and technical staff.
• Marketing and business development for land development and civil projects.
• Perform civil engineering design including layout, grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and erosion control for various sectors.
• Prepare complete submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and support agency reviews.
• Monitor project progress, staffing, budgets, and communicate with clients on progress and challenges.
