Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in civil or related engineering, 5+ years in civil design/analysis, and 2+ years in leadership, with readiness to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; 5+ years in civil engineering design, analysis, and drafting; 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design and build civil infrastructure.
• Lead a project team of engineers and contractors through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for industrial and commercial projects.
• Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts across multiple disciplines through contract close-out.
• Manage the execution and completion of construction projects.
• Interact with contractors, fabricators, owners, and clients.
• Provide direct onsite engineering inspections and field observations.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time.
