Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager for our College Station, TX facility. You will lead civil, structural, and utility projects from planning through close-out, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and internal partners to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with strong skills in project management, cost control, and site coordination. On-site work and occasional extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering-related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management; OR 7+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on preliminary scope, ROM costs, and proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors.
• Develop the final cost and schedule for the project and manage contracts and invoicing.
