Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a senior-level Site Civil Engineer to join our team supporting electrical utility and renewable energy service areas. Based in Billings, MT with hybrid or remote options, you will contribute to grading, drainage, and site design for utility and renewable projects.

You'll prepare engineering deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, perform hydrologic analyses, and coordinate with project teams to ensure scope, budget, and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field; licensure preferred.
10+ years post-education experience in civil/site design for utilities/renewables.
Licensed engineer (multi-state preferred).
Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities and municipal infrastructure.
Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

Support grading and drainage/stormwater design for electrical utility sites and renewable energy sites.
Prepare and review civil/site engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with Project Engineer/Manager to meet scope, budget and quality targets.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
Contribute to construction drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
