Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 10 years of relevant site civil experience.
• Experience with site development or utility infrastructure, including renewable energy or transmission projects, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utilities for permitting and compliance.
• Perform site evaluations, due diligence, and feasibility assessments for land development and energy sites.
• Prepare engineering plans, drainage reports, and permit submittals.
• Develop grading, drainage, and utility layouts for large developments and power facilities.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Deliver designs meeting safety, environmental, and client requirements.
