You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety, permitting, and environmental compliance. The role requires a PE with 10+ years of site civil experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and strong collaboration with municipalities and utilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 10+ years of site civil experience.
• Experience with site development and utility infrastructure; renewable energy or transmission preferred.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater and utility design.
• Experience with permitting processes for development and energy projects.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and manage civil projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and utilities for compliance.
• Perform site evaluations and feasibility assessments for land and energy sites.
• Prepare and review plans, drainage reports, and permit submittals.
• Develop layouts for grading, drainage, access roads, and utilities.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor junior engineers and design staff.
• Deliver designs that meet safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews for contract deliverables.
