Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Site Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement from one of our offices or remote, reporting to the Site Civil Engineering Team Leader.

Qualified candidates hold a BS in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a Professional Engineer license. Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and a strong interest in hydraulics and stormwater management are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
• PE license required; active licensure preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulics/hydrology knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Design site layout plans aligned with client requirements and Woolpert standards.
• Develop concept, grading, and site designs using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify impediments and implement solutions.
• Perform site due diligence assessments and compile data/reports.
• Occasional fieldwork with local and overnight travel as needed.
