Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. The role offers a flexible hybrid work option from an office or remote and reports to the Site Civil Engineering Team Leader.

Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have work authorization in the country where the job is located. Key responsibilities include designing site layouts, using AutoCAD Civil 3D for concept and grading plans, and collaborating with project teams to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience.
• Experience in hydraulics and hydrology is preferred.
• Strong interest and working knowledge in hydrology and stormwater management.
• Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow, and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and Woolpert standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs.
• Work with project management teams to identify impediments and develop/implement solutions.
• Perform site due diligence assessments and compile data and reports.
• Perform occasional field work and frequent local travel, and overnight travel, as needed.
