Job summary
HDR is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer in Colorado to join the Building Engineering Services Group. This role focuses on the design of facility-related sites across markets including Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, and Mission Critical facilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and PE license required.
- Minimum 10 years of design experience in civil/site design.
- Experience leading civil/site design projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop civil engineering scope of work and budgets for proposals.
- Serve as Engineer of Record on complex projects.
- Coordinate with internal/external resources for due diligence.
- Create concept site layouts compliant with jurisdictional requirements.
- Lead Pre-Application processes and coordinate with authorities.
- Attend client meetings and transition concepts to construction documents.
- Design plan sets, details, and cost estimates.
- Perform site development calculations (stormwater, culverts, hydrology).
- Mentor junior staff and uphold HDR employee-owned culture.
