HDR, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil Engineer in Denver, CO, to join our Building Engineering Services group.

The role focuses on designing facility-related sites across multiple markets, coordinating with multidiscipline teams from planning through construction administration, and delivering high-quality site civil designs. Responsibilities include leading scope development, serving as Engineer of Record on select projects, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• PE license recognized by licensing board in the position location
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to civil engineering scope of work and budgets for proposals
• Serve as Engineer of Record on non-complex projects
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to complete due diligence and documentation
• Develop concept site layouts compliant with jurisdictional requirements and coordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction
