Job summary

AMECO, a North American leader in construction services, seeks a Project Support Specialist in Harrison, OH. You will work with customers, Operations, Purchasing, and Account Managers to ensure customer-centric, profitable repeat business, serving as a liaison to meet contractual requirements while maintaining healthy margins.

Responsibilities include managing site solutions, inventory, reporting, and invoicing, with a focus on process improvements and value adds. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Accredited two-year technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and quotes.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Purchasing/Sourcing experience is a plus.
• Industrial/construction tooling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Solutions through all project stages (start up to close out).
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize exposure for the customer and AMECO.
• Inform customers of thresholds and potential end-of-job issues.
• Produce accurate program status reports throughout the life cycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operations.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive improvements and cost efficiency.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and reporting needs with customers and Account Managers.
• Support invoicing and contractual reporting requirements.
