Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in site selection or real estate development.
• Proven track record closing land transactions and securing site control.
• Experience with data center development, power interconnection, and infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential data center sites for land, power, and fiber.
• Lead LOIs, options, leases, and purchase agreements to secure sites.
• Coordinate power procurement and utility due diligence with engineers.
• Drive zoning, permitting, and entitlement in collaboration with jurisdictions.
• Maintain a robust land and power pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
• Report milestones and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with utilities, brokers, developers, and owners.
